Exhibiting at AAM Hartford 2010 gives you unparalleled access to more than 200 world-class Anglican musicians. Exhibiting at the Conference is a simple process. Either complete the form online, or print and mail the form.
Conference Details
- The 2010 AAM Conference Exhibit Space is the Hartford Commons Room on the 2nd Floor of the Hilton Hartford Hotel.
- The fee for each display space is $450 for the week. Exhibitors who are AAM members in good standing receive a 50% discount on the cost of each display area.
- Each display area includes one table, two chairs, linen, skirting, water, glasses, pencils and pads, and, if requested, access to an electrical outlet.
- Exhibit Space is available for set-up beginning at 8 AM on Sunday, June 20. Breakdown Thursday evening, June 24 or Friday, June 25 from 8 AM–1 PM.
- Display spaces are adjacent to cash bars and hospitality area.
- Please provide headphones for all sound-generating displays.
Conference Registration
Exhibitors wishing to attend conference events may either register for the conference or purchase tickets for single events. Learn more about registration.
Hotel
The conference rate at the Hilton is $165, single or double occupancy, $176 triple or quadruple occupancy. Bookings either through the Hotel, 860.728.5151 or the web site.
Conference Book Advertising
Conference Book Advertising is available at a 25% discount (covers excluded). The book will contain a list of exhibitors; if you wish to place a separate ad, please click here for forms and more information.
